Sparkton The Shaded City of Sparkton Overseer: Grimm Asheville Sparkton the one of the five major cities dominated by the Elves, lived in mostly by the Drow that have joined the Elf King’s Side. Sparkton is located underground, the only entrances being large marked highways and roads that lead underground to the city, allowing for a much needed Under Dark feel for all those who choose to live in the shadows of Sparkton. Sparkton is highly avoided by most normal elves, as the general feel of the city and its people are highly uncomfortable to the major population
