👑 Valcor Scorching City of Valcor Overseer: Endolyn Moongrave Valcor is the second of the two Capital cities controlled by the Elves, Sister city to 👑 Stengard. Valcor is known as the Scorching City not because of flame, but because of how bright the city itself is. Valcor is a noble city, filled with the King's Guard, and all the Royal Nobles and their families. Due to this fact, the city has been turned into something akin to the real world Las Vegas for nobles.
